About Me

Building technology that supports people.

I'm a Software Engineering student currently pursuing a Diploma in Software Development at ICS College and a Diploma in Software Engineering at MOHI Technical Training Institute. I serve as a Cisco Networking Academy Instructor, where I teach networking fundamentals, computer systems, cybersecurity awareness, and effective technology use.

My journey began in 2024 with an Advanced IT certificate at MOHI Technical Training, Pangani — the program that first introduced me to programming and sparked my career in technology. Since then, I've earned multiple Cisco certifications, built web applications, and supported dozens of learners and staff in ICT environments.

I have a strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service orientation, with a proactive approach to technical support. I document everything, I escalate when needed, and I never leave a user stuck.
